Bamboo Shoots Fried Rice

● 150g  minced pork 

● 1 garlic clove

● 1 knot ginger 

● 1/4 white onion

● 150g fresh or caned bamboo shoots cans (chopped)

● 2 cups cooked Japanese rice

● 2 eggs 

● 1 Tbs soy scauce

● 1 Tbs sesame oil 

● Ginger pickles and green peas (optional )

Serves 2

Directions Diced fresh or caned bamboo to small and white onionIn the frypan, with medium meat, add rice oil, and minced pork for a few minutes with chopped garlic and gingerBrown the pork. When the meat becomes brown and crispy, add chopped onions and diced bamboo shoots Add 2 cups cooked Japanese rice and mix well

Mix the egg and rice well and add the soy sauce from the edge of the frypan.Add  sesame oil lastly and serve.Serve on the plate with ginger pickle and sprinkle with green peas (optional)
